Working long hours on the computer everyday caused my shoulder muscles to hurt really bad. They were sore and knotted. I have tried taking breaks and moving around. But, I can only do that for so long. My work has to be done. My friend told me to get a massage.

I could feel the tension and the knots disappear. When I started working on my computer later, my shoulder muscles felt so much better. The massage helped a great deal. I am feeling so much better.
