At one point I worked as a supervisor for an after school program. Though all I really did was take care of kids for a little while after school and take the tuition for some students that had to pay for it, I played an important role in the company. I had to always know what was going on in the school district and surrounding school districts. Sometimes this required that I went on business trips to different cities. I enjoyed it and always anticipated the different conference venues I would have to see. Sometimes, we went to a run down building and sometimes we went to great places that helped us to truly relax. In fact, one time we stayed at the Hilton hotel. We had room service, did not have to be in at a certain time, and really did not have to show up to any of the speeches ever. It was great. I loved conferences.
